Shay Murphy is an associate at NGEN Partners. He is involved with the sourcing, evaluation, and monitoring of NGEN’s potential and current investments in sustainable food and energy efficiency.
Prior to attending business school, Shay worked at DG Energy Partners, a solar energy finance-consulting firm. He focused on project development and valuation. He previously worked for five years at Citigroup in the fixed income capital markets division where he provided debt restructuring and refinancing solutions for clients ranging from distressed companies to sovereign nations.
Shay holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Philosophy from Columbia University where he played varsity football.
