nlyte Software Closes $12 Million Series C Funding
Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) Leader to Use Investment to Meet Rapidly Increasing Global Demand
Menlo Park, CA - November 23, 2010 – nlyte Software, the only provider of performance-based solutions for Data Center
Infrastructure Management (DCIM), announced today that it has received $12 million in Series C funding. Led by NGEN Partners, the
new capital will be used for expansion of operations, acceleration of product development, strengthening of the partner ecosystem
and the continued attraction of world class talent.
Founded in 2001, NGEN is a pioneering investor in the cleantech sector. As part of the agreement Rosemary Ripley, managing
director of NGEN, will join nlyte Software’s Board of Directors. Existing investors Balderton Capital, Ruffer LLP and Montalcino
Holdings also participated in the round.

planning decisions that can result in up to a 20% annual reduction in data center operating expenses, a 50% reduction in the time to
deploy new assets, extending data center life by up to 75%, and helping attain a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) rating of 2.0 or
less.
